Mocktail Club’s Capri Spritz

Ingredients:

5 oz. Capri Sour

4-5 dashes Bitters

¼  Medium Orange

1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig

Directions:

Add Capri Sour, bitters, squeeze the orange, and add the rosemary sprig to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice or wedge of orange.

Mocktail Club’s Midnight Manhattan

Ingredients:

4 oz. Manhattan Berry

1/2 teaspoon of Anise Royal Rose Syrup

1oz seltzer water

Directions:

Build all ingredients into shaker. Add fresh ice. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Top off with a splash of seltzer water. Garnish with star anise or fennel fronds.

Mocktail Club’s Bombay Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

4 oz. Bombay Fire

4 dashes Angostura bitters

Seltzer water

    Directions:
    Build all ingredients into shaker. Add fresh ice. Strain into a Rocks glass. Top off with a splash of seltzer water. Garnish with orange peel or dehydrated orange wheel or fresh

    Mocktail Club’s Havana Nights

    Ingredients:

    4 oz. Havana Twist

    1 tablespoon of Juniper Berries

    1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

    1 Cucumber slice

      Directions:

      Crush Juniper Berries with a little sugar and add to strainer. Strain Havana Twist over them and into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
